If a client needs assistance in locating a Property whether it be to purchase or lease we will start a client profile and use our experience in that particular market to find our client the greatest amount of choices possible that will fit their needs.

• Commercial
  If the client needs assistance with commercial properties we will contact all surrounding brokers to make sure we know everything that is available. Along with that we will be in contact with all commercial brokers on a weekly basis to exchange a broker fax of all current listings.

• Residential
  We are members of Multilist which pulls together all residential listings. If a client needs assistance with locating residential property we can access all listing in the area to find the property that best fits your needs.

Sales

If a client needs assistance in selling or leasing a property we will develop the best marketing plan to fit the uniqueness of the property and gain maximum exposure.

• Color Brochure
  Photos of the property along with all necessary information, we will e-mail, fax and mail our colored brochures to all potential prospects and brokers.
• Sign of Property
  4'x 8' double sided signs on commercial properties
  24"x 18" double sided signs on residential properties
• Multilist
  All properties listed will be put on multilist for full exposure
• Web site
  All listings will be put on our website to be viewed
• Broker Fax
  All commercial listings will be faxed to brokers
