Flavin-Wirt Real Estate was started by Tim, Mark, and Mike Flavin. Tim Flavin, the president of Flavin-Wirt Real Estate Co., Tnc., has been a commercial contractor and President of Wirt Construction for the past 7 years. Wirt Construction is one of the largest commercial construction company's in the Ozarks, contracting out 10 to 15 million dollars of construction a year. While being president of Wirt Construction Tim has decided to further his career and use his commercial expertise in Real Estate.

Flavin-Wirt Real Estate specializes in Commercial and Residential real estate. These services offered include: Purchasing, Selling, Leasing, and Real Estate Development.

It is the belief of Flavin-Wirt Real Estate that Marketing is the most essential aspect of selling real estate. With extensive backgrounds in marketing we feel we have a unique insight in developing the appropriate marketing package that will best fit your needs as a property owner.

Mike Flavin,  Broker/Manager Mike comes into this venture with a Marketing Management degree from Southwest Missouri State University with specializations in Business Law; working throughout college for Wirt Construction, one of the largest commercial contractors in Southwest Missouri. Directly out college Mike gained a year of experience working in commercial real estate before venturing out on his own.

Pat Kinlough, Realtor Pat has been involved in the Real Estate industry for over six years, gaining experience in all types of transactions involving residential, land, and commercial properties. Pat moved to Springfield after living in St. Louis for most of his life and saw great potential for growth in the southwest Missouri area. After holding several different leadership positions for different collegiate organizations, he graduated from Missouri State University with a Communications degree emphasizing Public Relations. Possessing a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit, Pat prides himself on going above and beyond what most people expect of a Realtor.
